To access the My Galaxy Portal simply log in from our home page.
For new customers wishing to get set up, contact one of our customer care representatives at:
1-877-463-9728 M-F 8:00 am to 12:00 am EST Sat - Sun 9:00 am – 9:00 pm EST or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for your registration ID.
- Once you have your registration ID go to www.customercare.galaxybroadband.ca, then click on ‘Register’.
- Complete all the required fields. Please note you must enter a valid email address in order to complete the registration.
- Once you have completed all the required fields, click ‘Submit’
- An email confirming your registration and account password will be sent to the email address you provide
- Take this user name and password and enter it on the Customer Login on our web site home page and click login.
