Certified Installers for HUGHESNET® are required because, unlike satellite TV, Industry Canada regulations prohibit self-installs of satellite transmission equipment by the general public. As a result, every HUGHESNET system sold must be installed by a certified Installers.

What is a Galaxy Broadband Certified Installer?

Galaxy Broadband-certified Installers are certified to install and service our full line of products. To achieve certification, Installer applicants must attend a Galaxy sanctioned Installer training seminar, as well as complete online training.
