One of the questions we always get is, "Am I going to need to install this dish myself?" Lucky for you, we've already got that covered! All you need to do is order your HUGHESNET® System over the phone... and we'll take care of the rest. Our Authorized Dealers have been professionally trained to follow Hughes and Industry Canada guidelines (which requires professional installation of the transmitting satellite dish), and to give you a hassle-free installation!

THE INSTALLATION PROCESS Here's what happens...

• You place an order for HUGHESNET high-speed Internet by satellite. 
  
• An Authorized Dealer calls your house to schedule a convenient appointment. 
  
• The Authorized Dealer arrives at your house at the agreed-upon time and installs the dish and modem. 
  
• The Authorized Dealer then helps you activate your account, and you start enjoying HUGHESNET! (again the installer will show up and install the system and when he leaves you will be surfing....no customer interaction)
