Inside Sales, Reseller Support Representative

A fast paced, growing, National Satellite ISP is actively seeking Inside Sales Representatives/Reseller Support Representatives to work in our sales office.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing competent and courteous information for consumers inquiring about our services
• Communicating with and supporting our national network of resellers

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills, written and verbal
• Sales and customer service oriented
• Previous sales experience an asset
• Available Mon - Fri, 9-5 p.m., 11-7 p.m., 12-8 p.m.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• General computer/ISP knowledge or background an asset
• Billingual (English/French)
