To access the My Galaxy Portal simply log in from our home page.

For new customer wishing to get set up, contact one of our customer care representatives at:
1-877-463-9728 M-F 8:00 am to 12:00 am EST Sat - Sun 9:00 am – 9:00 pm EST or email us at customersupport@galaxybroadband.ca for your registration ID.

Once you have your registration ID go to www.customercare.galaxybroadband.ca, then click on ‘Register’.
Complete all the required fields. Please note you must enter a valid email address in order to complete the registration.
Once you have completed all the required fields, click ‘Submit’
An email confirming your registration and account password will be sent to the email address you provide
Take this user name and password and enter it on the Customer Login on our web site home page and click login.
